ATTENTION UNITED STATES SHOPPERS: Due to the United States administration's suspension of the duty-free "de minimus" threshold for all countries, including Canada, all shipments entering the U.S. must have duties prepaid before crossing the border effective August 29, 2025. This change is mandated under U.S. Executive Order 14324 and applies to all shipments from Canada. The Executive Order requires that we, in Canada, charge a 35% tariff on all orders being shipped to the U.S. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to immediately suspend sales to the United States. This will remain in place until the situation regarding tariffs and the above noted Executive Order changes. We are truly saddened to face this situation and hope that we can soon resume business with our U.S. customers, whom we value greatly.

As we continue to clear out our storage room, we are finding MANY wonderful miniatures, room boxes, etc that have not seen the light of day for, dare I say years?  These items need to find new homes.  If you have attended any of our last open houses/clearance sales, you will know that we offer wonderful treasures at never before seen prices and the selection is amazing.  This tent sale will be better than ever.  We will continue to bring out new items throughout the sale so you can come on both days and see things you didn't see the day before!  We will have dollhouses, dollhouse and furniture kits, miniatures, building supplies, furniture, accessories, (some previously loved, but not all) tools and so much more.
We are in the process of acquring the stock from 2 closed stores so the stock will be like never before! DON'T MISS THIS ONE.
