You may choose which hat you would like with your kit, the top hat or the straw hat (both are made of plastic). Each kit includes one hat, one scarf (design on scarf may vary), a carrot nose, and a broom. The photo shows two kits, one with each style of hat.
This contest challenges your creativity. Take this kit and create a 1/12 scale snowman. You must use all of these pieces but you can use as many or as few other items as you wish. You can create the snowman from any media you like. Get creative.......maybe it looks like the Grinch or the Abominable Snowman??? :-)
The snowman can be stand alone or be part of a vignette – you choose.
To enter the contest you just have to email photos of your entry to us at the above email address by no later than December 6, 2025 at midnight EST. Please send clear photos from all angles. There will be two prizes of $50.00 Grandpa’s Doll House gift certificates. One certificate will be awarded to the most creative entry by judges at Grandpa’s Doll House. The second certificate will be awarded to the most creative entry as well but will be a People’s Choice award judged by a poll on Facebook.
Put on your thinking caps and let your imagination fly. Most of all, have fun! That is what our hobby is all about........having fun making it mini.
