ATTENTION UNITED STATES SHOPPERS: Due to the United States administration's suspension of the duty-free "de minimus" threshold for all countries, including Canada, all shipments entering the U.S. must have duties prepaid before crossing the border effective August 29, 2025. This change is mandated under U.S. Executive Order 14324 and applies to all shipments from Canada. The Executive Order requires that we, in Canada, charge a 35% tariff on all orders being shipped to the U.S. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to immediately suspend sales to the United States. This will remain in place until the situation regarding tariffs and the above noted Executive Order changes. Jasmine Gothic Victorian in 1:48 or quarter SCALE KIT, This is a great design with back and side openings which help extend the design to 10 rooms. It measures 11W x 5 1/2D x 11H. This is a nice quarter scale kit. Ceiling height just over 2.5" Kit comes with everything needed to assemble as in the picture including window frames, plexiglas window inserts, detailed functioning doors, detailed skirt, turret and gingerbread additions.
