ATTENTION UNITED STATES SHOPPERS: Due to the United States administration's suspension of the duty-free "de minimus" threshold for all countries, including Canada, all shipments entering the U.S. must have duties prepaid before crossing the border effective August 29, 2025. This change is mandated under U.S. Executive Order 14324 and applies to all shipments from Canada. The Executive Order requires that we, in Canada, charge a 35% tariff on all orders being shipped to the U.S. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to immediately suspend sales to the United States. This will remain in place until the situation regarding tariffs and the above noted Executive Order changes. We are truly saddened to face this situation and hope that we can soon resume business with our U.S. customers, whom we value greatly.

Here is how you redeem your Grandpa's Gold and get your credit on your next order.

When you are placing your next order (after you have logged in), look for the blue box on the bottom right corner of the screen (on all pages before you start to order), that says "Rewards".  Click on it.

A box will pop up that says, "Ways to earn" and "Ways to redeem". Click on "Ways to redeem". The next box to open will tell you how much you have available to redeem.  Click on the blue box that says, "Redeem".

 A new box will pop up, giving you the code to use to redeem your points.  Click on the blue box that says, "Apply code" and it will do so on the order you are placing, subtracting the discount from the order when you check out.  It does this automatically.  

 You can then keep adding items or finish checking out your order.
